wtf is up with that swastika?

because the swastika means "good luck" and is a symbol from Indian culture 5000 years ago, after hitler use that symbol....

well, yeah, i know it is a symbol from Indian culture that date way back, but as far as i know the hindu swastika looks different from the one in your deviation ( something like this [link] ) with an extra four dots. the arms of ganesha:
1. arm that holds the axe (symbol of the retrenchment of all desires, bearers of pain and suffering)
2. arm that holds the whip (symbol of the force that ties the devout person to the eternal beatitude of god)
3. arm turned towards the "viewer" in a pose of blessing, refuge and protection
4. arm that holds the lotus (symbolizing the highest goal of human evolution)

ganesha is not usually pictured with a hindu swastika on his palm.

I've seen several deviations of Ganesha w/ the Swastika. I think people need to get over it and realize that a culture shouldn't have to give up a symbol that has been dear to them for thousands of years, just because of one idiot that didn't get accepted to art school.

It's a wonderful deviation. I love the brilliant colors. Thanks for posting it.
